When you route LLM requests through Difinity Flow, we add a transparent 5% markup on the underlying provider costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). This covers the infrastructure for real-time policy enforcement, PII redaction, intelligent routing, and audit logging. You always see the exact breakdown in your cost dashboard.
Annual billing is paid upfront for 12 months and gives you a 15% discount on the per-use-case price. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any renewal period.
